Saionji massage - Yumeiho
The Japanese massage system of Dr. Saionji focuses on the alignment of the entire body by correcting any potential hip misalignment. It uses chiropractic, acupressure and various other massage techniques to release joint and muscle tension. This allows for improved posture, improved functioning of all joints and internal organs, and a permanent reduction in pain.
The massage takes place in tight-fitting clothing.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage
Ayurveda Yoga Massage (AYM) uses a special plant powder from the calamus root in a mixture of oil and essential oils. AYM is a deep tissue massage and has the effect of detoxifying the body of old lymph and waste products as well as dead cells. Using calamus powder stimulates the metabolism and harmonizes the whole system.
The aim of the massage is not only to relieve physical discomfort and tension, but also to bring the nervous system to a deep relaxation. This allows for a lasting regeneration of the whole body and mind.

This massage is not suitable for pregnant women.
Marma-Cikitsa
“Marma cikitsa” has its origins in traditional Ayurveda and is a component of applications and techniques that can help to establish a physical and mental balance.
Similar to Chinese acupuncture, "marma" are points on the body through which a person's nervous and organ systems can be influenced and processes in the body regulated. When applied, the points are held or gently massaged with selected essential oils or herbs.
Through Marma massage, it is possible to work on a very individual level in order to harmonize the client's body-mind-complex.
