The roots of YOGA.

Kundalini Hatha Yoga

We love to be old school, and so we try to teach yoga as it was taught and meant to be taught in ancient times: guiding students on their individual journey of self-discovery.

At our center, we prioritize this specialized approach to teaching, placing a strong emphasis on individualized attention for each student. That's why we offer limited open public classes and instead focus extensively on courses tailored to guide students effectively on their unique journeys. Additionally, we offer private lessons to ensure we can serve each individual correctly and appropriately.
Our yoga classes are designed with this personalized approach in mind, catering to the specific needs of our students rather than aiming for mass appeal. This ensures that every student receives the attention and guidance they deserve.

The way we teach

We are honored to belong to the worldwide group of officially authorized instructors to teach traditional Tantrik Yoga. Certified in instructing Level 1 and 2 in the Way of Fire of Trika Mahasiddha Yoga, it is our wish to offer traditional Kundalini Hatha Yoga in Europe, giving people the chance to experience the origins of Yoga.

Kundalini Hatha Yoga is not to be mixed up with Kundalini Yoga. They share roots, but yet Kundalini Hatha Yoga is much older and part of the origin of what we know today as “yoga” in the western world.

About Kundalini Hatha Yoga

The aim of a Kundalini Hatha Yoga lesson is to fully arrive in our body with all the senses to create a feeling of complete presence. Being fully engaged and present allows the mind to calm down. We are better connected to our natural needs and in general more capable to be stable.

For that we are not only using the body and postures, but also our breath, inner visualizations and sounds at the beginning levels. More advanced levels include regulating and working with the body’s energies through posture, breath and mantra.

Kundalini Hatha Yoga is suitable for every body, every age and every level of Yoga proficiency.

Since a certain progression of sequences and techniques is mandatory in order to stay safe and healthy, all students start basically at ground zero - no matter if you have any Yoga experience or none at all.

Re-create yourself.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. The term “yoga nidra” is derived from two Sanskrit words: yoga means “unity” or “one-point awareness” and nidra, which means sleep. When practicing Yoga Nidra, it might seem like the person is sleeping, but actually just their body is deeply sleeping while their mind is in a very deep state of relaxation. Yoga Nidra induces is not only an effective tool for managing stress, but also a means to re-create yourself towards positive change.

Although Yoga Nidra is a very passive practice, there is an active component to it: the practitioner’s mind needs to be focused on following the teacher’s instructions and not drift into unconscious sleep.

This alone trains the capacity to concentrate in daily life and stay connected to the situation.

Another big part of a Yoga Nidra session are personal intentions, which are set before practice. Since the practitioner’s mind opens up to a deeper level of consciousness, the intention chosen before the practice imprints deeply and can affect positive change for oneself if practiced regularly.

Yoga Nidra is always practiced in a lying position to ensure maximum relaxation of the whole body. Therefore, it can be practiced by really everyone. It is also safe for pregnant women and can positively support their pregnancy due to the deep relaxing effect it has.

You don't need any experience in yoga or meditation to practice Yoga Nidra. All you need to do is lay down, listen to the instructions and relax.
