Stress is something we all know well. It shows up everywhere — in work, in daily life, in the constant movement of the world around us. We also know that we should do something about it. And yet, actually changing how we relate to stress — and how our nervous system responds — is often the harder part.

This course offers a simple and practical approach.

Over four sessions, you will be introduced to time-tested yogic methods that support the regulation of the nervous system and help you respond to stress in a more grounded way. We will combing methods of gentle movement, breathing techniques, guided Yoga Nidra, and a clear, realistic approach to mindset.

Rather than trying to eliminate stress completely — which is neither realistic nor necessarily healthy — the focus is on learning how to work with it. How to recognize it earlier, how to respond differently, and how to create small but meaningful shifts in your daily life.

The course is also an opportunity to step out of isolation around this topic — to practice in a group setting, alongside others who are navigating similar challenges.

What you can expect:

  • simple, accessible practices you can apply in everyday life

  • tools to calm and regulate your nervous system

  • a combination of movement, breathwork and deep relaxation (Yoga Nidra)

  • a grounded approach to mindset and stress resilience

This course is open to everyone and requires no previous experience.
