We are specialized in traditional Kuṅdalinī Haṭha Yoga, one of the original forms of Himalayan Yoga that is still practiced today by yogins in the region. By honoring these timeless traditions, our goal is to make this sacred knowledge accessible to seekers who wish to engage with yoga not only as a physical exercise but as a transformational journey that influences mind, body and spirit.

Our yoga practice is rooted in the tradition of Trika Mahasiddha Yoga, a path that has been passed down through generations of masters and yogins. We have learned directly from our teacher Dharma Bodhi, who is an officially authorized instructor of this powerful lineage. The foundation of our practice comes from the Trika Shaivism system, which is one of the original tantric traditions originating in the Himalayan region. This lineage still carries the knowledge of Kuṅdalinī Haṭha Yoga, which integrates physical postures (āsana), breathwork (prāṅāyāma), meditation, and energy practices to bring about spiritual development, mental clarity, and physical vitality. For more details about this lineage and its teachings, please visit www.trikapath.com.

Both of us spent a full year, from 2021 to 2022, in an intensive retreat with our teacher, Dharma Bodhi, at his former center in Costa Rica. During this transformative period, we fully immersed ourselves in daily practice and deep study. Through this intense process of transformation—which is still ongoing—we were certified to instruct Level 1 and Level 2 of the "Way of Fire" (Kuṅdalinī Haṭha Yoga). Our studies with Dharma Bodhi continue as we refine our skills and further polish our understanding of these powerful teachings. Everything we share in our courses is grounded in this profound knowledge and our own lived experience.
We are also honored to be the only instructors in the Czech Republic authorized to teach at this advanced level.

What makes Kuṅdalinī Haṭha Yoga different from Modern Postural Yoga?

Kuṅdalinī Haṭha Yoga, as taught in the Way of Fire, is a transformative path that focuses on awakening the Kuṅdalinī energy (our Universal Consciousness) and guiding it through the body's energy channels to support deep spiritual development. This lineage offers a structured progression of techniques, including postures, breathwork and energy seals (bandhas), that purify the mind and body, balancing the five elements and stabilizing internal energy. The practice is grounded in ancient wisdom, with an emphasis on both physical vitality and meditative awareness.

In contrast, the modern practice of yoga has been severed from its roots as a liberation technology.

At its core, Kuṅdalinī Haṭha Yoga cultivates transformation through three levels of training. In the first level, practitioners begin by cleansing the subtle energy channels, balancing internal elements, and strengthening inner fire (agni). The second level introduces intermediate techniques for breath retention (Kumbhaka), deeper channel work, and more advanced meditation practices. The final stage, Mahākumbhaka, prepares practitioners for intense internal alchemy (Trika Mahāsiddha Yoga).

These practices, passed down through an unbroken lineage, are designed to help practitioners achieve profound spiritual realization - improving their physical and mental health is a positive side effect of this path. The systematic approach ensures a holistic journey that builds stability in both body and mind.
